Mr. Thinh had 20 years of working experience in the field of human resource development for many of the world’s leading multinational companies on the Global Fortune 500 List. Mr. Thinh used to be the HR Director at Large Multinationals in Vietnam.
Mr. Thinh graduated with a Master of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University, USA. He is also a Certified Professional Coach of the International Coach Federation. Mr. Thinh has been a HR trainer and leadership trainer for years for the multinational companies he has been working for and for other clients. Mr. Thinh was invited to be a speaker for seminars at Tuoi Tre Online newspaper, Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, UEH, Natural Sciences University, Eastern International University, and others.
