Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a vital role in harnessing the full potential of a workforce. By aligning HRM practices with organizational goals, we are better able to enhance employee performance and satisfaction. In this seminar we will consider the impact of a recent focus within organisations on employee wellbeing; also the ‘great resignation’, hybrid work, employer value propositions and the role of HR in all of this. We explore how organizations can make data-driven decisions, identify skills gaps, and nurture talent effectively, ultimately maximizing the value of their workforce for sustained success in a dynamic business landscape.
